Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within a renowned international five-star hospitality environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently working as Director (F&B) or Assistant Director (F&B) in the MENA region, managing large-scale hotel operations, luxury resorts, or upscale boutique properties.
- Experience overseeing diverse dining concepts — particularly Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines — is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams while driving service excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
As Director of Food & Beverage at Islamabad Marriott Hotel, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations and administration of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, kitchens, and stewarding.
- Leading and supporting outlet managers to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and brand service standards.
- Developing and monitoring operating schedules, budgets, and cost controls to maximize revenue and manage food, beverage, and labor costs.
